The Fixer’s Hour
Bring the business problem you keep going round in circles about. We’ll spend a focused hour questioning the assumptions, working through your options and deciding what needs to happen next.
Book The Fixer’s Hour · £297Once payment is received, I’ll email you a calendar link and a short questionnaire so we can arrange your session and make good use of our time together.

You’ve discussed it in the car. Rewritten the offer. Asked someone else what they’d charge. Opened the spreadsheet, closed it and decided to have another think.
Meanwhile, the decision is still there. A proposal waits to be sent, a price stays unchanged or an opportunity takes up far more of your attention than it deserves.
Let’s give it some proper attention together. You can bring the context and all the ‘yes, buts’. I’ll help you work out which ones matter.
II
We choose one main focus so the hour has somewhere useful to go.
III
I’ll ask questions, look at the information you bring and help you examine the options.
Sometimes that means working through the numbers. Sometimes it means noticing the assumption that has been quietly making the decision for you.
The aim is to leave understanding your options, my recommendation and your next practical step, including anything you need to check before committing. You can absolutely begin with ‘Right, there’s a bit of backstory’.

Choose your time and tell me what you want to work through. Bring the relevant context or figures you already have; you do not need to diagnose the problem first.
03
We spend 60 minutes on your main question, explore the options and agree the next step.
Once payment is received, I’ll email you a calendar link and a short questionnaire so we can arrange your session and make good use of our time together.

You might use one hour to work through your pricing, then return when you’re weighing up a collaboration or deciding what to do with a new offer. You can also come back with the results of a decision we’ve already made and work out what they mean.
Each hour has its own focus and is booked separately at £297. Come back when there is something useful to work on. There’s no programme to complete or ongoing commitment.

My background is in finance, and I’m interested in what the figures mean for the people making the decisions and doing the work. I ask questions, spot patterns and work through what could change.
You’re very welcome to arrive with ‘I think this is the problem, but I’m not entirely sure’. That gives us somewhere to start.

Start with what’s happening and what you’d like to be different. The questionnaire helps us choose a useful focus. You’re not expected to arrive with the answer.
Related questions may come up, but we keep one main issue at the centre. If the work needs more time or a wider investigation, I’ll explain that. A single hour has a sensible limit.
Only information relevant to your question. If you want a prepared review of income, spending and growth options across the business, take a look at The Growth Edit.
The £297 covers our focused 60-minute session. A separate report, wider financial modelling or implementation work would need its own agreement.
Once payment is received, I’ll email you a calendar link and a short questionnaire. I send these personally, so they will arrive separately from your payment receipt.
Final invitation
Tell me what you’re working through. We’ll get into it together.
